Following a gradual takeover period that officially began in autumn last year (see Plasteurope.com of 30.10.2015), Philip Krahn will become CEO of German distributor Albis Plastic (Hamburg; www.albis.com) on 1 July 2016. Part of the Krahn family – the owners of Albis parent company Otto Krahn – the chief executive-to-be currently serves as managing director of Albis Plastic (Far East), overseeing the group’s activities in Hong Kong and China. On 1 January 2016, he also became CEO of Otto Krahn, and – by association – a member of the latter’s management board.

In addition to his new function as Albis CEO, Philip Krahn will also serve as spokesman of the Otto Krahn group management board.
