Acquisition of Italian films divisions completed / Business as usual for customers
Tekni-Plex Europe (Erembodegem / Belgium; www.tekni-plex.com) has completed its take over of the films businesses of Gallazzi (Minerbo, Bologna / Italy; www.gallazzi-group.eu) with effect from 1 May – see Plasteurope.com of 04.03.2015.
The pharmaceutical blister film and adhesive tape substrate film businesses will be part of subsidiary Tekni-Plex Gallazzi. The company said there will be no change to existing formulations and products made for customers.
