M. HOLLAND
3D printing unit sold to US tech group
A few weeks after the takeover by plastics distributor and compounder Ravago (Luxembourg; www.ravago.com), US-based M. Holland (Northbrook, Illinois; www.mholland.com) is divesting its plastics 3D printing segment. The transaction is expected to close on 29 September 2023.

The buyer is the US firm Interfacial Consultants (Prescott, Wisconsin; https://ifllc.com), a company specialising in the development of technologies for construction, E&E, automotive and recycling. Interfacial has been part of the Japanese chemical trading group Nagase (Tokyo and Osaka; www.nagase.co.jp) since 2020.
