Price hike due to higher feedstock costs
US packaging group Sealed Air (Charlotte, North Carolina; www.sealedair.com) has announced a considerable increase in prices due to what it terms the “inflationary cost environment” for feedstocks.

CEO Ted Doheny said the company would raise prices by 5-10% across all products in its automation unit (packaging machinery, inflatable pillows and shrink film), with effect from 15 September 2021.
