Danish specialist for injection-moulded prototypes expands capacity
With the acquisition of three injection moulding presses and associated robotics, Danish injection moulding prototype firm and small series manufacturer Idé-Pro (Skive; www.ide-pro.dk) has expanded its production capacity. The new units have clamping forces of 600 kN, 2,300 kN and 3,600 kN, according to the company, which said its array of machines now includes presses with clamping forces ranging from 60 kN to 40,000 kN.

Idé-Pro, based in northern Jutland, has set up production in Glyngøre, which is about 25 km away from its headquarters in Skive (see Plasteurope.com of 19.08.2019). The company has about 28,000 m² at its disposal at the site, an old fish processing facility.
