With effect from 1 October 2020, Ineos Styrolution (Frankfurt / Germany; www.ineos-styrolution.com) is leaving the gross market price for polystyrene (GPPS, bulk) unchanged versus September, the company said.
The surcharge for high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) remains at EUR 100/t, it said. The company recently announced price increases for ASA and ABS (see Plasteurope.com 15.09.2020).
The styrene reference contract for October went down by EUR 33/t compared to the month before. The price of butadiene rose EUR 40/t.
