AUSTROTHERM
More XPS capacity in Serbia
EPS and XPS insulation manufacturer Austrotherm (Waldegg / Austria; www.austrotherm.at) has started up a new XPS line at its plant in Niš / Serbia. The line apparently has a “significantly higher” capacity than the one operated previously – however, the company did not provide any detailed figures. The investment is said to amount to EUR 3.5m, with 15 new jobs created.

Austrotherm’s insulation boards are sold on the Serbian market as well as in the surrounding countries of Southeastern Europe. The Austrian company has a second plant for EPS insulation boards in Srbobran / Serbia.
