Huhtamaki: CEO Heikki Takanen resigns

Huhtamaki's (Espoo / Finland; www.huhtamaki.com) board of directors and CEO Heikki Takanen have agreed on Takanen's resignation from 14 November 2007. CFO Timo Salonen has been appointed to act as an interim CEO. Further, the board of directors has appointed Clay Dunn, Executive Vice President, Americas, as new chief operating officer, to whom the executive vice presidents of Europe Rigid, Flexibles, Films and Molded Fiber Europe and Asia-Oceania-Africa regions will report.
