FTC approves jv expansion to North America
The US Federal Trade Commission has approved plans by Ineos (Lyndhurst / UK; www.ineos.com) and Nova Chemicals (Calgary, Alberta / Canada; www.novachem.com) to expand their 50:50 joint venture, formerly known as Nova Innovene, to include the partners’ North American styrenics assets – see Plasteurope.com of 27.03.2007.
