GE Polymershapes new name for distribution
GE Polymershapes is the new name for the semi-finished plastics distribution unit of GE Plastics ( www.geplastics.com). The business incorporates the Cadillac Plastics ( www.cadillacplastics.com) businesses acquired in May of last year in The Netherlands and the UK as well as Commercial Plastics and Supply acquired last December. The Cadillac Plastics companies in Germany, France, and Spain are part of a joint venture of Röhm (Darmstadt, Germany) and ThyssenKrupp Werkstoffe (Düsseldorf).
