Kendrion completes sale of Automotive part
Kendrion (NL-3704 HD Zeist; www.kendrion.com) is still unwilling to name the purchaser of its Automotive Plastics division. All the conglomerate will say is that an “international group” is acquiring the division. The company claims that the sale is now complete, with Kendrion set to receive EUR 30m. The book value has to be depreciated by EUR 9m, however. Financial analysts had expected the proceeds to be between EUR 40 and 45m.
