Distribution of “Estane” TPUs in central Europe
Velox (Hamburg / Germany; www.velox.com) is to distribute the “Estane” range of aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers produced by Lubrizol (Wickliffe, Ohio / USA; www.lubrizol.com) in central Europe. Building on their five-year partnership in western Europe, the two companies are now expanding their market presence to countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Hungary. Estane TPU is suitable for injection moulding applications such as cable sheathing and tube and film extrusion, and for coating fabrics, for instance for medical appliances.
