Acquisition of Barcelona-based distributor Proquibasa
Ter Plastics Iberica (Barcelona / Spain), part of German engineering plastics distributor and compounds producer Ter Plastics Polymer (Herne; www.terplastics.com), has acquired the plastics division of family-owned chemical and polymer distributor Proquibasa (Barcelona; www.proquibasa.com).
The plastic portfolio acquired from Proquibasa will remain available basically unchanged, adding to Ter Plastics Iberica’s complete range of engineering plastics and commodity plastics and expanding the company’s footprint in Spain and Portugal.
