SCHOELLER PLAST
Acquisition of injection moulding activities from FC Plast in Denmark
On 2 October 2017, Schoeller Plast Enterprise (Regstrup / Denmark; www.schoeller-plast.com) bought FC Plast’s (Kalundborg / Denmark; www.fcplast.dk) injection moulding activities. In the course of the transaction, the company acquired nearly 20 injection moulding machines, in addition to customer orders, a spokesperson told Plasteurope.com. Toolmaking activities, on the other hand, will remain with FC Plast in Kalundborg.

Schoeller Plast employs 45 staff members and had about 20 injection moulding machines before the buy. The company is part of the Schoeller Group (Pullach / Germany; www.schoellergroup.com), and manufactures plastic containers and technical parts. FC Plast’s injection moulding portfolio includes screw caps, measuring cups and measuring spoons.
