Auto mirror specialist rebrands as Visiocorp
Automotive mirror specialist Schefenacker (Portchester / UK; www.schefenacker.com), which has been through massive financial turbulence and restructuring in recent months, will rebrand as Visiocorp on 11 December 2007. Under the new name, the company said it aims “to both maintain and further expand” its market and technological leadership. Over the past year the formerly German automotive supplier was taken over by hedge funds, moved its headquarters to the UK and sold off its lighting division.
