Kristiansand plant renamed as RPC Bebo Food Packaging
RPC Bebo Kristiansand (Kristiansand / Norway) – the HDPE tray production plant acquired by RPC (Rushden / UK; www.rpc-group.com) in early 2015 as part of its takeover of competitor Promens (see Plasteurope.com of 26.02.2015) – has been renamed RPC Bebo Food Packaging. The new name underlines the site’s “ability to provide a complete packing solution,” RPC said, pointing out that the plant in Kristiansand comprises both the pack and the filling system.

Part of RPC Bebo (www.rpc-bebo.com), the Norwegian site produces more than 200 HDPE trays in different designs and sizes. It also turns out a range of sealing films and supplies sealing machines. Thanks to its new affiliation with RPC Bebo, customers will be able to access a wide range of thermoformed packaging for a variety of food sectors.
