La Williams quality sauces introduced in new squeezable PP multilayer bottles
A range of high quality sauces is being introduced in new squeeze plastic bottles from RPC Kerkrade (Kerkrade / The Netherlands; www.rpc-kerkrade.nl). Following a rebranding exercise in the summer of 2010, Belgian sauce producer La William (Londerzeel; www.lawilliamprofessional.be/en) decided to shift packaging to squeezable bottles. It worked closely with RPC Kerkrade and RPC Design to develop a new PP multilayer bottle to highlight the company’s strategy of achieving quality through innovation in its “pure taste” concept.

La William says that it uses fresh and natural ingredients in order to bring out the best quality and taste in each of its sauces. It produces 15 different varieties including traditional sauces such as mayonnaise, tartare and cocktail, but also a few novel, more exotic varieties such as Brasil, banzai and pitta. The first new squeeze bottles to reach the market are filled with two classic sauces – mayonnaise and Andalouse.
In 2010, packaging group RPC (Higham Ferrers, Rushden / UK; www.rpc-group.com) has transferred its complete blow moulding business to Kerkrade (see Plasteurope.com of 22.06.2010).
