Marketing Janssen PMP's “Sanafor” antimicrobial masterbatches in Europe
Distributor Resinex (Arendonk / Belgium; www.resinex.com) has expanded its portfolio with the addition of Janssen PMP’s (Beerse / Belgium; www.janssenpmp.com) “Sanafor” range of antimicrobial masterbatches. Resinex will be marketing the material, which provides thermoplastics with protection from microbes, across Europe.
The masterbatch can be added during the processing stage, using conventional equipment, Resinex said, adding that it is particularly suitable for applications in the healthcare, textiles and footwear, home and leisure as well as the industrial and automotive segments.
Janssen PMP is part of Janssen Pharmaceutica (www.janssen.com), which in turn belongs to Johnson & Johnson (www.jnj.com).
