US subsidiaries set to exit Chapter 11
Following the court’s approval for their reorganisation plan, two automotive subsidiaries of PU-processing specialist Recticel (Brussels / Belgium; www.recticel.com) have announced that they will likely leave Chapter 11 protection on 23 April 2010. US-based interior trim manufacturer Recticel Interiors North America (RINA) and PU compounds producer Recticel Urepp North America (RUNA) had filed for protection from creditors in late October 2009 – see Plasteurope.com of 02.11.2009.
