Proseat JV with Woodbridge to be expanded
Proseat (HQ: Mörfelden-Walldorf / Germany; www.proseat.de), the 70:30 joint venture of PU processor Recticel (Brussels / Belgium; www.recticel.com) and Woodbridge (Mississauga, Ontario / Canada; www.woodbridgegroup.com) will be extended to take in the Woodbridge group´s British plant in Manchester. The integration of this site, with 200 employees and sales of some EUR 32m, will switch the equity balance to 51:49 in Recticel´s favour. With six plants in four countries and sales of EUR 150m, Proseat claims to be European market leader in foamed PU seat cushions for the automotive industry.
