Polyamide specialist Radici (Bergamo, Italy; www.radicigroup.com/en) said its High Performance Polymers unit has appointed Plastoplan Polymers (Vienna; www.plastoplan.com/en) as one of the national distributors in UK for a wide product range that includes Radilon (various PA polymers), Radiflam (PA and polyester), Radistrong (PA), Raditer (PBT), Heraflex (TPE-E, SBS and SEBS), Torzen (PA 6.6), Heraform (POM), and Raditeck (PPS).

Plastoplan will also be distributor for Renycle (PA 6 and PA 6.6), the Radici brand for sustainability-oriented engineering polymers, the company said.

John Rae, UK country manager of the company’s High Performance Polymers business, said the move to appoint Plastoplan is part of Radici’s strategy to strengthen its long-term presence on the UK market.

Plastoplan Polymers is part of Hromatka (Aesch, Switzlerland; www.hgmag.ch/en), which already has an existing cooperation with Radici in Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Romania, and Turkey.
