Voting period for "Best Polymer Producers Awards" extended due to Covid-19 / Winners to be announced online in September

Due to the exceptional circumstances impacting the plastics industry as a result of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, the Polymers for Europe Alliance (www.polymercomplyeurope.eu/pce-services/polymers-europe-allliance) has decided to extend the voting period for the fifth edition of the “Best Polymer Producers Awards”.
The voting deadline was initially on 22 May 2020, and this has been extended until 11 September 2020. Due to Covid-19, there will also be no awards ceremony this year, which normally occurs during EuPC’s (Brussels / Belgium; www.plasticsconverters.eu) annual meeting (see Plasteurope.com of 11.05.2020). With the next EuPC meeting postponed until 2021, award winners will instead be announced online on 17 September 2020.
