Shell removes force majeure in Moerdijk
Shell Chemicals (GB-London; www.shell.com) removed force majeure at its SM/PO plant at Moerdijk in The Netherlands on 1 May. The supply restrictions had been in effect since 25 March due to energy problems. Nova Chemicals (Calgary, Canada; www.novachem.com) has now rescinded the force majeure declared on 4 April for its entire European styrene chain.
