Serioplast acquires German Graham Packaging

Serioplast GmbH (D-29549 Bad Bevensen), German offshoot of Italy´s Serioplast, has acquired the business of Graham Packaging Deutschland (www.grahampackaging.com) effective 1 April. The acquisition follows the Italian group´s purchase of two blow moulding sites from US-based Graham Packaging in spring 2002. Serioplast GmbH will honour all existing contracts. Account representatives and contact data will remain unchanged.
