Smart technology, Industry 4.0, automation – these are just some of the big concepts thrown around in industry parlance, and in the machinery segment especially. A number of trainees at a German machinery maker decided to get to the meat of these matters, quite literally so, by using the cogs of their big machine to make the perfect hot dog.
