Eric Quenet is new western Europe regional director

On 1 July 2018, Eric Quenet assumed the position of western Europe regional director at the European trade association of plastics producers, PlasticsEurope (Brussels / Belgium; www.plasticseurope.org). He succeeds Michel Loubry, who passed away in April 2018 (see Plasteurope.com of 30.04.2018).
Quenet has spent his career to date almost entirely in the petrochemical and plastics industry, initially in various positions at Elf Atochem, and later at Total – among other things, as head of PE activities in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Since 2016, he has been the representative of Total's chemicals and refining division for Iran.
