JSP with first EPP price increase in ten years
Plastic foams producer JSP International, Tokyo / Japan, has announced a price increase of EUR 0.30/kg for its "Arpro" expandable polypropylene (EPP), effective 1 January 2005 - the first increase in ten years. Pointing to a continuous decline in selling prices since 1994, the company said the rising cost of raw materials, energy and transportation necessitates higher EPP prices.
