Huntsman to use ExxonMobil process in new LDPE plant
Huntsman (www.huntsman.com), Salt Lake City, Utah / USA, has licensed the tubular technology owned by ExxonMobil (www.exxonmobil.com), Houston, Texas / USA, for its new GBP 220m (EUR 288m) 400,000 t/y LDPE plant to be built at Wilton, Teesside / UK, and set to go on stream in late 2007. SembCorpSimon-Carves has received the contract to design the plant.
