Polimoon Group (www.polimoon.com) has bought the UK manufacturer and designer of extrusion blow moulded containers Grabor Plastics (www.grabor.com), Sudbury, Suffolk for an undisclosed sum. The business will form part of Polimoon Packaging Ltd, based in Beccles, Suffolk. Grabor produces containers for the cosmetics, medical, foodstuffs and automotive markets and has estimated sales of GBP 3m (about EUR 4.5m). It recently patented a dual chamber bottle that will allow users to fill two separate liquids into the one bottle and which is expected to be used for a range of applications. Polimoon, which now has 21 manufacturing sites across Europe, expects to fully integrate Grabor by the end of August.
