Distribution deal with Nordmann, Rassmann extended to Bulgaria, Slovenia and Serbia
In early December, Swedish specialty chemicals producer Perstorp (Perstorp; www.perstorp.com) announced that during H2 2012 it had extended its distribution agreement with Nordmann, Rassmann (NRC, Hamburg / Germany; www.nrc.de). Under the new arrangement, NRC will not only distribute Perstorp’s portfolio in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but also in Bulgaria, Slovenia and Serbia.
The extended distribution arrangement will complement the Swedish company’s own sales force, with a special focus on the adhesives, TPU, plastics, resins and coating markets.
