Robert Audas will become the new managing director of Linpac Packaging (Knottingley, West Yorkshire / UK; www.linpacpackaging.com) following the resignation of Ralf Wunderlich. Audas had worked as Linpac Packaging’s interim managing director between November 2006 and December 2007, and then became managing director of Europackaging (Yardley, Birmingham / UK; www.europackaging.co.uk).

Wunderlich resigned from Linpac in August 2009 and will leave at the end of December after two years with the company. He is moving to Singapore where he will head the new Asia-Pacific flexible packaging business of Amcor (Abbotsford / Australia; www.amcor.com) following its acquisition of part of Alcan Packaging (Paris / France; www.alcanpackaging.com) – see Plasteurope.com of 17.12.2009.
