Musser, previously Director Sales and Marketing for flat glass in the US. Bob S. Houlk, Managing Director of PPG Industries Fiber Glass BV in Hoogezand, has been appointed Director Planning and Development at PPG Fiber Glass worldwide, effective 1 February, 1994. Jerry D. Emmert previously Manufacturing Manager of PPG fiber glass plant in Shelby, North Carolina, assumes the responsibilities held by Bob S. Houlk. Dr. Joop von der Woude, Manager Research and Technical Services for PPG Fiber Glass in Europe, has been appointed Director Fiber Glass Research in Pittsburgh, effective 1 February 1994.
