International plastics packaging supplier Plasticum Group (Tilburg / The Netherlands; www.plasticumgroup.com) has appointed Otwin Günther as managing director of Plasticum Tilburg. Plasticum has also appointed Michael Taylor as sales manager at Plasticum Norwich.
