Kåre Schultz joins Lego board

Kåre Schultz has been appointed to the board of Danish toy manufacturer Lego (Billund / Denmark; www.lego.com). He is presently executive vice president and chief operating officer of healthcare company Novo Nordisk (Bagsværd / Denmark; www.novonordisk.com). Thomas Kirk Kristiansen also joins the board.
He is a minority shareholder in the company and a member of the Kirk Kristiansen family, which owns Lego. The two new members replace Armin Broger and Mogens Johansen who are to retire from the board.
