Acquisition of Italian wiring harness specialist Prandi Wirings

For an undisclosed sum, the PAS Group (Neuruppin / Germany; www.pas-net.com) has taken over the Italian company Prandi Wirings (Mesenzana; www.prandiwirings.it) as of 1 April 2017. The transaction will, according to PAS, extend its expertise in the manufacture of wiring harnesses and also strengthen its customer service.
The PAS Group claims to be one of the leading international producers of wiring harnesses for the household appliance industry. In addition to its new site in Italy, the company has production facilities in Germany, Poland, Turkey, the USA and Mexico.
