After announcing earlier this year that it intends to increase its market share in Europe by working closer together with a number of distributors, more details on the agreement between the Engineering Plastics division of DSM (Sittard / The Netherlands; www.dsm.com) and Nexeo Solutions (Europe: Barcelona / Spain; www.nexeosolutions.com) have now been made available (for previous coverage, see Plasteurope.com of 17.12.2015).

The two companies have been working together since 1998, and under the latest agreement plan to expand the distribution of DSM’s product range to Switzerland and Hungary. Nexeo will oversee the marketing activities of the Dutch group’s PA 6, PA 4.6, PA 4T, PA 6.6, PBT, PET and TPC-ET in these countries. In addition, the two companies also agreed to extend the arrangement to Romania and Bulgaria later this year.
