COO John Gallagher resigns / Director “instrumental” in 2015 ipo
John Gallagher has resigned from his position as COO of melt delivery and control systems and fluid technologies at machinery maker Milacron (Cincinnati, Ohio / USA; www.milacron.com) with effect from 15 May 2016.
Gallagher was appointed to the position in 2014 (see Plasteurope.com of 29.07.2014) and was instrumental in assisting with the company’s plan to move from private to public status, Milacron said, contributing significantly to the management team that successfully accomplished both the company’s initial public offering in June 2015 (see Plasteurope.com of 15.04.2015) and its restructuring at the same time.
