Exclusive distribution of Ethydco's polyethylene in the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia
At the start of 2018, Egyptian polyethylene producer Ethylene and Derivatives Company (Ethydco, Alexandria; www.ethydco-eg.com) and trading company MB Barter & Trading (Zug / Switzerland; www.mbbarter.ch) are extending their cooperation. The Swiss company will be the exclusive distributor for the entire Ethydco PE portfolio in the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia. Its partnership with Ethydco is flourishing, and products have already been successfully introduced on the German and Polish markets, says the Zug-based company.
In the UK and Ireland, MB Barter is thus replacing Plastribution (Ashby / UK; www.plastribution.co.uk), which took over as exclusive distributor for Ethydco in 2016 (see Plasteurope.com of 23.02.2017).
