PU specialist purchases French competitor Isolat / Spray foams for heat and sound insulation
Canadian PU insulation specialist Icynene (Europe: Icynene Europe, Brussels / Belgium; www.icynene.eu) has acquired its competitor Isolat France (Villefranche-sur-Saône / France; www.isolat-france.com) for an undisclosed amount. This was confirmed by recently appointed Icynene CEO Mark Sarvary. To date, the company has sales offices and a distribution centre in Europe, but does not operate its own production here.
