Agreement with Simcoe Plastics / Coverage extended into Canada
Newly established distributor General Polymers Thermoplastic Materials (GP Materials, Clarkston, Michigan / USA; www.gp-materials.com) is expanding its coverage in Canada after signing a cooperative agreement with Simcoe Plastics (Shanty Bay, Ontario / Canada; www.simcoeplastics.com).
“Our supply partners are excited about the focused approach on their product lines and rapid expansion of commercial coverage in North America,” said Gregory Boston, partner in GP Materials.
Kurt Stahle, president of Simcoe Plastics, said representing GP Materials gives it the opportunity to bring a consistent supply of prime resin offerings to automotive and premium custom applications.
GP Materials was established on 15 October by Gregory Boston and Michael Kirtley, both US plastics industry veterans (see Plasteurope.com of 28.11.2016).
