GAUDLITZ
Czech manufacturing site to be expanded
High-precision plastics parts manufacturer Gaudlitz (Coburg / Germany; www.gaudlitz.de) says it will expand its manufacturing site in Dacice / Czech Republic, adding 10 new injection moulding machines by the end of this year. To ensure sufficient space for the new machinery and to meet the consistently strong order volumes received by its Dacice office, Gaudlitz will move its business to a new 2,000 m2 building by September 2010.

The new site will afford the German company 1,300 m2 of production and warehouse area, 500 m2 for offices and another 500 m2 that can be used for stamping and assembly work at a later point in time. Gaudlitz said the expansion will allow it to better serve its eastern European customers.
