First “PlastPak” fair to take place in Izmir in April
A new plastics trade fair is due to take place in Izmir / Turkey this year. Held from 11-15 April 2017, “PlastPak” (www.plastpakfuari.com/en) is organised by Tüyap Fairs and Exhibitions (Istanbul / Turkey; www.tuyap.com.tr) and was set up with the support of Turkish plastics industry foundation Pagev (Istanbul; www.turkishpic.com).
The exhibition will focus on plastic, packaging technology machinery as well as materials. It will take place in hall C at the Izmir fairgrounds, which measures about 8,000 m2. The event aims to become “the biggest plastic and packaging fair in the Aegean region,” benefiting from Izmir’s strategic proximity to several key end markets.
