According to organisers Dmg Events (Dubai, UAE; www.dmgevents.com), the four-day event is expected to attract more than 239,000 visitors from over 170 countries. A record 2,260 companies are set to exhibit, including energy majors BP, TotalEnergies, Shell, Eni, Chevron, and ExxonMobil.

More than 40 ministers are expected to attend, including Germany’s federal minister for economic affairs and energy, Katherina Reiche, who is scheduled to participate in a discussion on energy security, supply affordability, and international cooperation.

The conference programme features more than 1,800 speakers across 380 sessions, covering topics ranging from natural gas and LNG to infrastructure development, AI, and low-carbon technologies. Dedicated exhibition areas will also focus on chemicals, digitalisation, and maritime and logistics.

Asian participation is set to reach a new high, with 353 companies exhibiting alongside six national pavilions representing China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea, according to the organisers.

The event will take place at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi and is hosted by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc, Abu Dhabi, UAE; www.adnoc.ae).
