The second edition of the “Polymers of Russia and CIS: Construction and Modernisation of Plants” international congress and exhibition (www.polymerrussia.com/en) is set to take place in Kazan / Russia from 9-10 December 2020. Organised by Vostock Capital (Chelyabinsk / Russia; www.vostockcapital.com), the event will include a discussion of new challenges in petrochemistry from 2020, efficiency and performance in production as well as risk and threat management. There will also be an analysis of completed projects by experts, a presentation of current projects involving construction and modernisation of facilities and, finally, technological presentations on construction, modernisation, retrofitting and optimisation for producers of basic polymers and rubbers.

The organiser has announced that a limited amount of participants can also visit the Kazanorgsintez (Kazan; www.kazanorgsintez.ru) site. Interested parties are asked to contact the steering committee for more information.
