MedPharmPlast Europe winter conference to take place in December in Brussels

MedPharmPlast Europe (MPPE, Brussels / Belgium;, a sector group of European Plastics Converters (EuPC, Brussels; that is focused on medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging, is holding its winter conference on 17 December 2019 in Brussels.

Topics to be covered at the conference include the impact of restrictions on microplastics, the European Chemicals Agency’s (ECHA, Helsinki / Finland; waste framework database and substances of concern, the “Medical Device Coordination Group” and contributions to the new EU medical device regulation (MDR) as well as animal-derived content in terms of ensuring product safety according to the MDR and its implications for cosmetic devices.
