The 11th edition of the "European Thermoforming Conference" will be held from 15 to 16 March 2018 in Rome / Italy. The event for the European thermoforming industry is organised by the Society of Plastics Engineers' (SPE, Bethel, Connecticut / USA; www.4spe.org) European Thermoforming Division (www.e-t-d.org). The conference is an established information and communications platform between company decision makers, industry experts and the scientific community on current topics in the field of thermoforming technology. At the last conference in 2016, more than 250 attendees came from Europe, North America, India, the Middle East and Asia.

This year, one of the main topics is "Thermoforming 4.0" along the entire value chain, from raw material through to suppliers as well as manufacturers of thermoformed products and their customers. The presentations will concern materials, processes and applications.
