Eurofilms Extrusion (Telford / UK; www.eurofilms.com), which claims to be the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of pallet wrap and shrink films, has brought a new line on stream at its base in Telford. The latest-generation “AllrollEx 1500” cast line for stretch film production was supplied by Italy’s Colines (Novara; www.colines.it) and has 5-layer film technology.
The line is now fully operational, and Eurofilms’ CEO Will Humphreys says the firm is ready to grow its customer base. Eurofilms markets its pre-stretch films under the name “Euro-lite”. The company says it is the second largest film manufacturer in mainland Europe.
