European Plastics Converters (EuPC, Brussels; www.plasticsconverters.eu) has announced a change in management. The organisation has appointed Federica Gallicchio as its new managing director. The lawyer succeeds Paolo Bochicchio, who took up the position last September. Gallicchio is the fourth person to hold the role since 2023. She follows Alexandre Dangis, Bernhard Merkx, and Bochicchio. A EuPC spokesperson initially declined to comment on the unexpected change when speaking with Plasteurope.com.
Gallicchio has been working for EuPC since 2019 – among other things, in the fields of packaging and automotive. Prior to that, she worked for a member of the European Parliament in the Committee on the Environment, Public Health, and Food Safety.

Founding members of EuPF include Crocco, Trioworld, RKW Group, Armando Alvarez Group, and Ergis Group – companies known for their leadership in sustainable plastic film production.
