ESSENTRA EXTRUSION
Renaming after acquisition by Inter Primo
Essentra Extrusion (Buitenpost / The Netherlands; www.essentraextrusion.com) will be acquiring a new name after being taken over by profile manufacturer Inter Primo (Copenhagen / Denmark; www.primo.com – see Plasteurope.com of 24.06.2019). The Netherlands-based business will operate on the market under the name Enitor Primo. Essentra Extrusion has not announced when the renaming is to be implemented.

Essentra has 240 employees and more than 75 extrusion lines. It was founded in 1938 as Enitor and later became part of the Filtrona group, which changed the name in 2013 to Essentra – see Plasteurope.com of 13.06.2013.
