On 1 August 2026, the KI.PIE Group introduced HubSpot*, a new and powerful customer management system. This means that customer support, subscription management, and invoicing are now all handled in one place – data can thus be maintained and updated centrally across all products.

With the switch to HubSpot, invoices will have a slightly modified layout, adapted to meet the requirements for e-invoices. The format of the invoice numbers will also change. In future, you will receive your invoices – well ahead of the statutory deadline – as electronic invoices that can be imported directly into your accounting system.

Invoices that have already been issued will retain their numbers. Bank details, payment terms, subscription conditions, and your personal contacts at Plasteurope.com will also remain unchanged.

A system change on this scale is akin to moving house – every box is not always in the right place on the very first day. So, if an invoice seems incorrect, a payment hasn’t been allocated, or you receive a reminder you weren’t expecting, please get in touch with us. We promise to resolve your issue quickly and thoroughly – just as you’ve come to expect from us.
